Every project is fully permitted through the municipality it's in, under a licensed contractor's permit — giving you peace of mind that a licensed General Contractor, Plumber, Electrician, and HVAC contractor are completing the work. All trades are required to carry insurance, as mandated by the state of Colorado.
We also provide a referral list of trusted trade partners and vendors — some with exceptional pricing for our clients — to support you through the final finishing phase.
