What You Handle

We keep it simple. Frame to Rock pulls the permit — you just pay the actual municipal fee at cost, no markup. Outside of that, the only other homeowner item is your shower trim and valve.

Permit Fee

Frame to Rock pulls the permit.

You reimburse the actual municipal fee only — no markup, no handling charge.

Shower Trim & Valve

Purchased directly by homeowner.

We set the shower pan and rough-in — you supply the trim kit and valve of your choice.

Every project is fully permitted through the municipality it's in, under a licensed contractor's permit — giving you peace of mind that a licensed General Contractor, Plumber, Electrician, and HVAC contractor are completing the work. All trades are required to carry insurance, as mandated by the state of Colorado.

We also provide a referral list of trusted trade partners and vendors — some with exceptional pricing for our clients — to support you through the final finishing phase.
